How Do I Receive My Portion of the Monthly Rent?
We perform three separate “check runs” per month on the 10th, 20th, and 30th. On each of those dates, you will receive a payment (owner’s draw) in the amount of all available funds that exist in your account, either via ACH or paper check in the mail. Each check run is accompanied by an emailed Owner Statement regardless of whether you receive a draw or not. That way, you’re always in the know about rent payments, finished maintenance, and outstanding bills.
