What Is Your Tenant Screening Process?

All prospective tenants must complete an application for a specific property. It is through this application a rigorous screening is done. First, a nationwide background check is completed for any criminal or sex offender history. Second, an eviction report is run to determine if an eviction was ever filed or completed against the person applying. Third, we ensure the applicant qualifies financially by verifying employment and/or tax returns and credit report. Finally, we review their rental history by contacting their previous landlords listed on the application as references.
